Cancellation Terms

Should you need to cancel your place at any Brave Scene event after booking the following refund policy applies:

>60 days before conference 100% delegate fee refund
>30 days before conference   50% delegate fee refund                                                                                                                                                                                                  >14 days before conference   25% delegate fee refund

No refund can be given for places cancelled within <14 days of the event.

Free events
Due to the large number of people booking places on free events and not turning up, we regret we have had to make a charge £45 +vat to cover our costs for non attendance.

If you cancel you place with more than 5 days notice no charge will be made;
If you give less than 5 days notice you may be charged.

If you do not notify us and fail to attend you will be charged.
